Placing Your Order

Place your order with our secure online shopping cart. Your order will have the total shipping charges automatically included - based on whether delivery is to the U.S, Canada & Mexico, or International destinations, and sales tax added for Texas residents.

Insurance Options

Because of steadily increasing number of orders going astray once shipped, we're providing an Insurance Option.  $2.00 will cover up to $200 worth of product for free replacement.  If you choose not to insure your order against damage or loss, Button Queen wlll not be liable for product replacement. We strongly advise you to take insurance out on your larger purchases.

  1. Pay with your MasterCard, Visa or Discover charge card
  2. Checkout with the PayPal option
  3. All payment must be made with USD funds
  4. Print the final order out and mail it in with a your credit card number, check or postal money order
  5. We can only accept credit cards or PayPal for foreign orders; the banks rules, not ours
  6. Checks and money orders must be made out to: AnnMaries Specialties or Button Queen
  7. Don't forget you can phone in your order when paying with a credit card

Order Confirmations

We automatically send a confirmation email after your order has been received and another letting you know when it ships.  If you have Spam Guard or another service watching your email and our notices bounce or we're notified we must fill out a form to send these notices - you will not be receiving confirmations. We do not have the time or help to do do this. So please add credit@wwwearables.com to your address book.

Shipping Policy and Fees

  • Online orders are acknowledged within *24 hours of receipt of the order.
  • Your order will normally ship within two business days of placing it.
  • If we are out of stock of an item, we will notify you promptly.

School Bus Novelty Buttons*Button Queen is closed at times during the year for retail shows and the occasional sanity saving vacation. Orders received during that time will be acknowledged immediately, and shipped within two weeks of our return to the office.

  • All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt via USPS First Class mail.
  • If there is any delay in shipping, we will contact you as to your preferences.
  • Shipping charges listed below are for United States.
  • Additional postal charges of $3.00 will be applied to orders shipped to Canada and Mexico.
  • Additional postal charges of $6.00 will be applied to orders shipped to all other International locations.
  • If you require a special shipping method, or rush delivery, please contact us directly.

A New Baby Novelty ButtonsReturns Policy

  • Buttons must be returned unused, and in original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
  • You must contact us before returning any merchandise for a RMA (returns merchandise authorization) number or your refund will not be processed.
  • Orders over $15 will incur a 10% restocking fee.
  • Please included a copy or your invoice with any return if possible.
  • A refund check will be issued within *three days of receipt of merchandise. Note: if paid by check, your check will have had to have cleared the bank before issuing a refund.
  • We're sorry but shipping charges are not refundable

Security

Security matters - it matters to you and it matters to us. We use a wonderful company to handle our shopping cart security called Americart. They've been our company of choice since 1998 - and not once have we have a security problem. This is all they do, and they do it very well.

When you place your order you will see a notice like the one to the right, with the current date added. This shows that the processing security has been checked for that specific day.
