Placing Your Order
Place your order with our secure online
shopping cart. Your
order will have the total shipping
charges automatically included
- based on whether delivery is
to the U.S, Canada & Mexico, or
International destinations, and
sales tax added for Texas residents.
Insurance Options
Because of steadily increasing number
of orders going astray once shipped,
we're providing an Insurance Option. $2.00 will
cover up to $150 worth
of product for free replacement. If
you choose not to insure
your order against damage or loss,
Button Queen wlll
not be
liable for
product replacement. We strongly
advise you to take insurance out
on your larger purchases. Important: Insurance coverage is not available
for International orders.

Order Confirmations
We automatically send
a confirmation email after your order
has been received and another letting
you know when it ships. If
you have Spam Guard or another service
watching your email and our notices
bounce or we're notified
we must fill out a form to
send these notices - you will
not be receiving confirmations.
We do not have the time or help to
do do this. So please add credit@wwwearables.com
to your address book.
Shipping Policy and Fees
- Online orders are acknowledged within *24 hours of receipt
of the order.
- Your order will normally ship
within two
business days of placing
it.
- If we are out of stock of an item, we will notify you
promptly.
*Button Queen is closed at times during
the year for retail shows and the occasional sanity saving
vacation. Orders received during that time will be acknowledged
immediately, and shipped within two weeks of our return to
the office.
- All orders are shipped within
48 hours of receipt via USPS First
Class mail.
- If there is any delay in shipping,
we will contact you as to your
preferences.
- Shipping charges listed below
are for United States.
- Additional postal charges of $3.25 will
be applied to orders shipped to Canada and Mexico.
- Additional postal charges of $6.50 will
be applied to orders shipped to
all other International locations.

Returns Policy
- Buttons must be returned unused, and
in original packaging within 30
days of
purchase.
- You must contact us before returning any
merchandise for a RMA (returns merchandise
authorization) number or your refund will not be processed.
- Orders over $15 will incur a 10% restocking
fee.
- Please included a copy or your invoice with any return
if possible.
- A refund check will be issued within *three days of receipt
of merchandise. Note: if paid by check,
your check will have had to have cleared the bank before
issuing a refund.
- We're sorry but shipping charges are not refundable

Security matters - it matters

use a wonderful company to handle
our shopping cart security called Americart.
They've been our company of choice
since 1998 - and not once have
we have a security problem. This
is all they do, and they do it
very well.

you place your order you will see
a notice like the one to the right,
with the current date added. This
shows that the processing security
has been checked for that specific
day. This happens every day. We
